ABOUT DAILY NEED
Daily Need is an online platform delivering premium groceries, beverages, personal care and home care products across Lagos.
ELIGIBILITY
You must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Maintain accurate account information. • Protect your account credentials.
PRODUCTS
Product descriptions are provided for convenience. Where a product description differs from the manufacturer's packaging, the product label shall prevail.
ALCOHOL SALES
Alcohol may only be purchased by customers aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested during delivery.
PRICING & PAYMENT
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). • Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise. • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. • Payments are securely processed through Paystack and authorised payment providers. • Daily Need does not store payment card information. • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be cancelled and refunded.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders are accepted only after confirmation by Daily Need. Daily Need may cancel orders due to: • Stock unavailability • Pricing errors • Payment failures • Fraud prevention • Operational constraints Delivery charges are shown during checkout. Eligible orders may qualify for free delivery in accordance with Daily Need's prevailing delivery policy.
REFUND POLICY
Eligible Refund Requests Daily Need currently supports refund requests only. Refund requests may be submitted for: • Full Order Mismatch • Partial Order Mismatch • Damaged Products • Order marked as delivered but not received • Orders cancelled by Daily Need due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failures, suspected fraud or operational constraints How to Request a Refund Refund requests must be submitted within 8 hours of delivery by contacting Daily Need Customer Support. Customers may be requested to provide: • Order Number • Description of the issue • Photographs of affected item(s), where applicable Requests received after 8 hours may not be eligible for review. Refund Processing • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Daily Need. • Approved refunds will be initiated through Paystack and credited to the customer's original payment method. • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the customer's bank, payment method and applicable banking processes. • Daily Need reserves the right to reject fraudulent or invalid refund requests.
PRIVACY
Daily Need processes Personal Data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023). Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information.
CHANGES
Daily Need may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
