All personal data is wiped from our servers within 30 days of your request.

We do not keep backup copies. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered by anyone.

What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account we permanently remove: your profile information, saved addresses, full order history, payment methods, loyalty points, personalisation data, device tokens, and all support communications.
Limited Exceptions
We may retain fully anonymised transaction records as required by financial regulations. These contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you in any way.
How to Delete Your Account
Delete directly in the app via Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at contactus@dailyneed.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.
Before You Go
We recommend downloading any receipts or order history you may need before deleting. Please also ensure any pending orders are fulfilled or cancelled first, as we cannot process refunds on deleted accounts.
Deletion is Permanent
Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot restore a deleted account or its data. If you think you might return, consider deactivating your account instead of deleting it.
